Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into the original shipping boxes, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
